An award-winning producer, Heidi works in documentary and academia. As a producer and director, she has produced television for CBS, 20th Century Fox, Paramount and Disney. Heidi worked as a production manager on TV shows such as Brooklyn South at CBS and Moesha at UPN, functioned as an associate producer for the Bonnie Hunt Show at CBS, and became Director of Development and Production Consultant at Columbus Entertainment whose clients include 20th Century Fox, MGM, and Steven Bochco Productions. Rataj was the co-producer of the Sundance Independent Spirit Award Nominee documentary “Scratch” (2001) directed by Doug Pray, and director and producer for the PBS documentary series “re’flect.” In radio she produced series for SiriusXM and directed 150 short documentaries for academia in over 35 universities nationwide. She also hosts a podcast for Deloitte called “Tales of Transformation.”
